WARRANTY INFORMATION
Brusheez offers industry-leading warranties for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase on all toothbrush sets. Please see the user manual for the specific length of your product’s warranty.
The Brusheez Warranty is intended for defective parts/products. Any product purchased on brusheez.com has a 60-day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied. For any product within its warranty period, a replacement product will be sent out in a timely manner.
You can also register your Brusheez product to receive premium benefits, one of which is an extended product warranty of 2 additional years! Fill out our Product Registration form, in just a few simple steps to take advantage of these benefits.
RETURNS
Our products are backed by our 60 day money back guarantee. If you have purchased a Brusheez product or accessory from brusheez.com within the last 60 days and would like to return it, simply contact our customer support team to receive a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling costs. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and shipped back in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days.
